Once our system has processed your request and sent the invoice for payment, you need to obtain an electronic digital signature for you as an individual. If there are several founders, you need to get an electronic signature for all of them. You can obtain it here.
We register you as a founder on the notary portal (online). At this stage, a Laduchi Consult manager will contact you to discuss all the process details.
Prepare a package of documents for company registration (get the company's name and articles of association, and coordinate the package of documents with the notary).
Sign the company's articles of association through the notary portal (online).
We send the signed documents to the Commercial Register for registration.
After one working day, we receive a temporary tax number.
Receive the main package of documents from the Trade Register.
Issue an electronic digital signature for the company (not included in the price, paid separately).
Notify the tax office about the start of economic activity (submit form 036).
